libboost-test1.49-dev software package provides components for writing and executing test suites, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libboost-test1.49-dev
libboost-test1.49-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libboost-test1.49-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libboost-test1.49-dev *
You will get with libboost-test1.49-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
